Returns and Refunds

At WisePower Store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Conditions

1. Eligibility:

   • Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
   • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
   • Proof of purchase is required.
     
     

2. Non-Returnable Items:

   • Certain products such as perishable goods, custom-made items, and personal care items cannot be returned.
   • Gift cards and downloadable software products are non-returnable.

Return Process

1. Request a Return:

   • Provide your order number and reason for the return.
     
     

2. Prepare the Package:

   • Safely pack the items in their original packaging.
   • Include the return authorization slip provided by our customer service team.

3. Shipping:

   • Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
   • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

1. Processing Time:

   • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
   • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 20-30 business days.
     
     

2. Partial Refunds:

   • Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts not due to our error.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, follow the return process and indicate that you would like an exchange. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement item to you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at wisepowerbangkok@gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
