Order Cancellation by Wise Power Bangkok

Wise Power Bangkok reserves the right to cancel customer orders in the following circumstances:

       Orders that do not comply with our terms and conditions

       Pricing errors or incorrect product information on our platform

       Product unavailability or stock shortages

       Orders identified as bulk purchases for commercial resale purposes

We strive to display accurate pricing and product details on wisepower.store. However, if we discover any errors related to your order, we will notify you promptly.

If you are dissatisfied with product information or discover discrepancies upon delivery, you may request after-sales service for a refund or product exchange in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.

In cases where product information or pricing errors cause stock shortages or other delivery issues, both you and Wise Power Bangkok have the right to cancel the order. If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, we will refund the full amount according to our item conditions.

 

How to Cancel Your Order

For Orders Without Payment or Cash on Delivery (COD)

If you have not completed payment or have selected Cash on Delivery, you may cancel your order by:

       Self-service cancellation: Go to Order History on wisepower.store, select your order, click Cancel Order, and provide a reason for cancellation. Your order will be cancelled immediately.

       Contact customer service: Call our Shop at +66 65 618 8799 before 11:00 AM to request cancellation.

 

For Orders with Completed Payment

If you have already paid for your order via credit card or cash payment:

       Contact our Shop at +66 65 618 8799 before 11:00 AM during business hours

       Our team will verify the shipping status of your order

       If your order has not been shipped, we will cancel it and process a full refund according to your payment method within 20-30 business days

 

Refusing Delivery for Already Shipped Orders

If you did not contact us before shipping but wish to cancel upon delivery, you may refuse the package by notifying our customer service team:

Will I Receive a Full Refund?

We will refund the full amount you paid, including product cost and shipping fees (if applicable). However,

Important Exception for Laptops:

       We cannot accept returns or provide full refunds for new laptops if the packaging has been opened or the device has been powered on/used

       Laptops must remain in their original, unopened packaging with all seals intact to qualify for a full refund

       Once a laptop has been opened or activated, the return will not be eligible for a full refund

For all other products:

Yes, we will refund the full amount you paid, including:

       Product cost

       Shipping fees (if applicable)

The refund will be processed according to your original payment method within the specified timeframe of 20-30 business days. Our team will notify you of the refund status via email.
